One of the most common misconceptions about tube laser cutting is that the machines are only capable of cutting tubing profiles. (It probably has something to do with the name!) But with our LT8.20 tube laser cutter, we can cut many different structural pieces for our customers:

In addition to its versatile cutting profiles, the LT8.20 tube laser cutter offers many distinct advantages to help us improve cost, flexibility, and lead times for our customers:
Increased speed. The speed of the LT8.20 alone sets it apart from other tube laser cutters. We can now cut parts at least 30% faster than before.
Large diameter. Need a tube or other structural piece with a substantial diameter? With the LT8.20, we can cut diameters up to 9.5”.
Material compatibility. Machine shops typically don’t offer tube laser cutting services for materials like copper, brass, and aluminum, but the LT8.20 is a fiber laser so it can easily handle cutting these metals.
Integrated software. Harnessing the power of advanced digital technology, the LT8.20 allows us to upload models directly to the machine so we can get right to work.
High quality and accuracy. To avoid discrepancies between the model and the tubing profile, the LT8.20 uses innovative Active Tools technology to detect distortion and center its cuts. If there are discrepancies, the machine can compensate to meet specifications.
