Master Production Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing, reviewing, and maintaining the master production schedule.
- Work closely with operations leaders, buyers, project planners, and others to coordinate manufacturing plans that achieve the company objectives relative to customer service, efficient resource/capacity utilization and inventory investment.
- Support customer service with exception request analysis and expediting resolution.
- Translate the monthly S&OP plan by product family to a detailed weekly master. production schedule (MPS) with a 12-18 month planning horizon into the ERP for weekly MRP generation challenge processes where favorable alternatives may be available.
- Timely management of exception messages generated by the ERP system.
- Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters. Parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times, and order file data for all master scheduled Items.
- Analyze scenarios that balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and minimizing the impact of demand volatility.
- Create and publish daily/weekly/monthly factory schedule adherence, capacity, and inventory reports.
- Serve as a factory subject matter expert (SME) for ERP production planning and scheduling modules.
- Identification and resolution of Constraints - Capacity, Resource & Material.
- Facilitates long term capacity assessment (RCCP) and development of countermeasure/action plans.
- Conduct a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times. Drives corrective action plan and reviews and updates published lead-times.
- Provide training on master production scheduling procedures and processes.
- Monitor and drive resolution of MRP processing errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent value of industry experience.
- 3-6 years related experience in materials management, production planning, material scheduling, or purchasing in a manufacturing company is required.
- Experience in planning and scheduling multiple jobs/projects, and management of planning and scheduling resources in a high pace environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities - including data analysis to optimize plans relative to different constraint factors (equipment capacity, staffing plans, material availability) is required.

Laser Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure lasers can cut at or above specified speeds in sales literature
- Perform R&D related to new materials and cutting technologies
- Troubleshoot laser issues with the manufacture to resolve in a timely manner
- Work with maintenance team and operators to ensure laser is taken care of properly
- Hold regular training classes for operators accommodating all shifts
- Develop innovative procedures and processes for laser operation to gain efficiency.

AutoCad/SolidWorks Drafter
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Engineering team to develop detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical devices, tools and machines using AutoCad, SolidWorks, and other computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
- Create and reproduce drawings and illustrations for operational and instructional manuals as well as maintenance description for the mechanical equipment.
- Use mathematical formulas, computations and configurations to develop detailed specifications for components and equipment

Responsibilities

Buyer
Essential Duties
- Work closely with Production and Engineering departments and follow up by expediting materials as needed to meet department requirements.
- Follow processes to evaluate suppliers’ quotations using appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Research, select, and maintain suppliers who provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct for efficient and cost-effective operation of organization.
- Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, bids, proposals, and supplier agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications.
- Prepare and issues purchase orders and review requisitions. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Collaborate with management team, production team and suppliers to discuss defective or unacceptable material and determine corrective action.
- Create and maintain supplier records. Establish and maintain supplier relationships.
- Review all sales orders and process purchase orders for OEM parts.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage daily Accounts Payable activities.
- Process approximately 500-600+ invoices monthly.
- Responsible for completing weekly check runs and ensuring vendors are paid on time.

- Maintain processes and procedures that impact accounting.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable and assist with A/R when needed.

Professional Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage product design, calculations, drawings, estimating, quotes, production, delivery and installation of machine and fabrication products. Assist the company with Engineering design and production, and improvements to design and production processes.
- Manage Design and Programming to run effectively.
- Oversee Engineering Department to improve efficiency and quality of models, nests, drawings.
- Develop and provide information on Best Practices in the Engineering and Production Departments (scrap reduction, form improvements, efficiency improvements, mix designs, etc.).
- Coordinate with and support the Quality Control/Quality Assurance Programs for the company. Provide guidance and broad direction to the QC personnel.

Qualifications:

Painter / Blaster
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the activities of the paint department and direct helpers on related tasks.
- Prioritize production flow to support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity and minimizing gas utility consumption.
- Set-up equipment, maintain water levels, prepare powder, fire oven, adjusts equipment settings for quality, etc.
- Apply paint to specification.
- Manage baking and curing times to maintain high quality standards; instruct others to pack when painted parts are dry.
- Perform final inspection for the department to specified procedures; comply with all quality system requirements; work may be subject to secondary approval.
- Troubleshoot paint problems and executes resolutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of powder booth, spray guns, power washing equipment, pressure pots, oven, etc.
- Maintain powder paint and related supply inventory; keeps storage areas in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:
- Programmer will be responsible to meet and exceed standards set my estimating department while utilizing equipment to its fullest capabilities
- Validating that the program processes through the machine tool with desired quality and safety to equipment.
- Read blueprints to determine characteristics required to program.
- Maintains a safe, clean and orderly work area in compliance with facility housekeeping policies.
- Wears required safety equipment and follows the equipment safe operation procedures.

Laser/Robotics Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of types of preventative and routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing. Ensures that all equipment is functioning satisfactorily.
- Support operation of CO2 and fiber optic laser equipment including head and mirror troubleshooting, repair and replacement and setup.
- Arrange for and manage appropriate third-party contractor support, as needed for troubleshooting, repair and rebuilds of laser and robotic equipment.
- Troubleshoot CNC controls/PLC’s
- Develop preventative maintenance programs and carry out plan for Laser and Robotic equipment.
