Utilizing offline programming and automatic tool-changing press brake, Ameritex has reduced the setup time for bending parts by 90%. This reduction greatly increases our bending capacity and reduces costs for low-volume manufacturing.

All forming operations are programmed offline using 3D models. This prevents manual setup errors and increases set-up efficiency. Combining automatic tool changers and offline programming, Ameritex ensures a consistent, high-quality process.

We can accurately bend aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, and even plastic from thin gauges up to 1/2″ thick using up to 240 tons of bending force and up to 4 meters long!
