In 2022 Ameritex installed two batch rail-fed powder lines for coating parts more efficiently as they are fed from upstream operations. This new system has a 10X10X20ft oven capacity with blasting, washing, coating, and curing stations in sequence to increase efficiency.

For larger parts, we have a heated wet paint booth Measuring 25X54ft.
